This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped — it is two pages long because that is all the data we actually hold.

That is the whole list. There is no account to create, no profile built about you, no advertising audience you are added to, and no data bought or sold. Where the data goes
A form sent from this site is saved in our database and a notification is sent to the team so that someone picks it up. Nothing else happens to it automatically.
These companies handle data on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosting. The site runs in Vercel's Frankfurt region.
- Neon — the database where enquiries are stored. Also in Frankfurt.
- Resend — sends the notification e-mail to our team.
- Google (Google Analytics) — visit statistics, only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner.

What you send through a form stays in the European Union. Statistics from Google Analytics may be processed by Google outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not share data with advertising networks, data brokers or anyone who is not working for us on the list above.
Beyond that, we disclose data only where the law requires it — to tax authorities and in our accounting records, or to a court or public authority that asks for it through a proper procedure.
What we do not do
It is worth saying plainly, because many policies leave it vague:
- We do not build a profile of you or make automated decisions about you.
- We do not combine what you wrote with data bought from third parties.
- We do not run advertising campaigns that use your data to follow you around other websites.
- We do not connect to your social media accounts, and there are no social login buttons on this site.
- We do not send marketing e-mail unless you specifically asked for it, and every such e-mail has a one-click unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
Three years from our last exchange. That is the period in which a quote can still turn into a project, and it matches the general limitation period under Romanian law for claims arising from it.
Where accounting or tax law requires a longer period for a document — an invoice, for instance — that document is kept for as long as the law says, and only that document.
If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we do it, unless we are legally required to keep a specific record.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete it, where we have no legal reason to keep it;
- restrict what we do with it while a disagreement is being sorted out;
- hand it over in a machine-readable format, or send it to someone else;
- stop processing it where we rely on our legitimate interest, for reasons particular to your situation;
- withdraw your consent to marketing at any time, without affecting anything that happened before.

You can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority:

Changes to this page
If what we do with data changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top changes with it. We do not quietly broaden a policy and hope nobody re-reads it.
